Is modernized feminism flawed?

I’m really confused why feminism is still a movement since they've already achieved their equality. I believe there’s genetic/psychological difference between women and men which is why I think a movement for social equality cannot fix. Due to public and cultural conditions, I believe a woman can be equal as a man but in marriage a man should be superior of the family.

The genetic impact between gender is pretty impactful and permanent, but psychological issues and environmental issues can also create an equal impact on woman if not greater. Of course a woman wont ever be exactly the same as a man, but that does not necessarily disqualify them as inferior. It is more of an individualistic type of thing.
