A similar toy figure is represented by hexagon TUVWXY. What is the ordered pair of point W on hexagon TUVWXY? (Note: You must include parentheses and a comma when typing the ordered pair.)http://learn.flvs.net/webdav/assessment_images/educator_geometry_v14/pool_Geom_3641_0605H_05/image0034e553760.gif

I can't see what you posted because I'm not logged-in to flvs.net

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry about that! @Hero

hero (hero):

Basically, all you have to do is just take the length of PQ, double it, and extend it at the same angle starting with point V.

hero (hero):

We know that VW is double the length of PQ because UV is double the length of OP.

using the distance formula?

hero (hero):

You don't really need to use the distance formula to figure it out.

hero (hero):

I can show you in vyew.

hero (hero):

So @tocinodejen, are you good now?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes! the final answer is (2,-5) and it was correct (:

hero (hero):

I'm glad you were able to figure it out on your own.
