is water droplets from the humidity in the air caused by a physical or chemical change??? also Is ice disappearing from a dry ice chest a chemical or physical change?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

matter state changes (ice to water to steam) are physical properties. The molecules haven't changed only the spacing between them.

ok that makes sense, so just curious, what if you add lemon juice to iced tea to dilute it

OpenStudy (aaronq):

if the lemon is reacting with something in the tea then it's chemical, but if you're just diluting it (same amount of solute in more liquid) then it's physical.

ok thanks!!

no problem !
