If a customer was asked to rate the service on a scale of 1-7, with 1 being the worst possible service and 7 being the best possible service, what level of data measurement is achieved from this question? Would this data be quantitative or qualitative?

worse and best services denote quality, but since we are putting number values in order for it to be measured, it would be quantity
If something is countable it is quantitative. You are using numbers rather than "nice, bad etc." . So that would be quantitative.
