Yes, they don't need an ACTUAL ID. lol

What we need is something that proves your age to us be it a school id card/driver license. A simple photo does not help in that case.

As far as I know that's a requirement. I do not know about how the new ambassadors are being selected as I have been inactive for sometime.

I wonder how they select Ambies nowadays, @AravindG , because when I signed up, I had to have the whole shibang. 

You need something to prove your age. School ID, military ID, a piece of mail from your school, a recommendation letter from a parent or guardian, a birth certificate, etc.
