What is the level of government at the school level?

Example for the state level it would be executive: governor Legislative: State legislature judicial: State Supreme court

Actually K-12 level of government is the local school board, principle, teachers. They give up some of the autonomy when accepting aid from state and federal. The school board is elected and has local control over the principle and teachers which are supposed to be civil servants which are part of the government.
