I was wondering if it possible to submit a writing assignment to OWL for someone to double check. If so how do I go about doing so ??

If you are referring to the Online Writing Lab at Purdue University, I do not believe they take papers unless you are a student there. This is how it is for most university writing labs. However, if you know someone who goes there, they maybe willing to submit a paper for you.
