Why would Ag be the least reactive from this list of elements? Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Copper, Silver

yep, you can compare their reduction potentials to figure out which is more reactive than the other.

oh damn, sorry i didn't see the "why". Since Cu is fairly unreactive as well, i would think it's because of their valence electron configuration.

in that they're \(4s^13d^{10}\;and\;5s^14d^{10}\), and their d orbitals are full
