This question is tricking you by adding the parentheses. The parentheses makes it to being the Associative Property of Multiplication. The Commutative Property only has the equation written with some switches after the equal sign like 45*9=9*45. So you notice that even if the numbers are switched around, there isn't any product changes unless doing division.
