Question

I'm working on problem set 12, the last set. It focuses on modeling virus populations in a patient. I think something is wrong with my implementation. In problem 5 in this problem set is says if you have 50 or fewer viruses, you are cured. That only happens when I introduce the drug with no initial delay. Is that the same as what other people got?

Basically I had a typo in my mutation probability. This can be seen in sebrenner's image. His viruses mutate far less than mine, see below image.
