What is the rule for this table? and how would i explain it in words and in a algebraic expression 20 : (12*20)+150 40 : (12*40) + 150 60: (12*60)+ 150 i already know this problem deals with the times table for 2,4,6,8 ect and i think i have to use PEMDAS the big problem i have is how i would explain it in words

Well, I think it's obvious that you must create a formula to deal with the ever-changing increase by 20 on the table, create the equation which I assume you can do yourself, and explain why it works. Example: If you were to say that the table increases by 20 each time, which it does, you'd be making an equation that is ever-increasing, so thus, you must create an infinite equation.
