simpllfy the ratio 4/16

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/4 = 0.25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4 goes into 16, 4 times so you simplify it to 1/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^ That is a horrible way to teach it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

all you did was give him the answer........ and not sure how else to explain that lol

OpenStudy (uri):

@whalexnuker Actually i think you did something horrible.

Also,be nice to other users :3

You're just saying that because I said that about Tyler s: If someone posts "simplify 13/8" you can't say, "how many times does 13 go into 8". That rule can't apply to every ratio @uri

That is not the question he asked lol.... for 4/16 ,4 goes in evenly so yea....

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yet SO many people do that. I'm not going to go out of my way and stop doing my school to do this long research project on how to simply a ratio when he could have done that (and taken a calculator and done it). @Tyler1204 I know that. Reread what I posted. I said IF meaning THAT RULE CAN'T APPLY TO EVERY RATIO. 13 does NOT go into 8 and vice versa
