Find dy/dx in terms of t if.... x=te^t y=-6t-e^t I did dy/dx = dy/dt / dx/dt which gave me... (-6-6te^(t-1))/(2te^(t-1))but it's wrong so I don't know what else to do ( no more ideas to solve this problem)

You have got the wrong derivative for \(e^t\), the derivative of \(e^t\) is simply \(e^t\).
