-q-11=2q+4

OpenStudy (petiteme):

need to get the q?

OpenStudy (petiteme):

\[-q-11=2q+4\] transpose -11 to the other side and also the 2q so \[-q - 2q = 4 + 11\]\[-3q=15\] divide both side by -3 to get the q \[q=\frac{ 15 }{ -3 }\] You'll get a negative answer which is -5 :)
