OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i have to factor

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7(x^2-13) i thought it was this but idk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok ! look : To have a factor we should only thinks are look like for examole x and x or 2x & x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you can use 7x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7x(x-6-7)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Now to factoring : 7x^2 -42x-49 we can use 7x^2 & -42x because both of them have x .

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oooo ok

OpenStudy (anonymous):

look at this example : 2 . 8 + 2.3 we have 2 in both so use 2 : 2(8+3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

7(x + 1)(x - 7) i tried it again and i got this

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

don't divide!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And in there we have : 7x^2 -42x-49 when use from x have : x(7x-42)-49 OK ?!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@divagirl421 , got it?any problem?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no i got it thank you guys:)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you're welcome

OpenStudy (anonymous):
