Can I ask statistics questions in the mathematics topic?

Well yea, it is math isn't it?
Lol, just checking! "For the 40,000 students, suppose that one characteristic of interest is the percentage who would respond “zero” to this question. This value is computed for the students sampled." I know the percent formula is (f/n) X 100 So should I do (100/40,000)X100??
