3.All cells come from pre-existing, living cells.

-That all living organisms are composed of one or more cells (essentially that cells are the building blocks of every living organism)
-That the cell is the basic functional unit of structure,organisation and function of all organisms (It is the simplest unit)
-All cells come from pre-existing cells (Cells can only come from pre-existing cells (see cell division))
