HELP!? Is there a device on my windows computer that will let me record me talking and put images in the backround?

If your PC has something like a camera/mic attached to it, you should be able to do something like that. If you have a digital camera, though, you can probably hook that up and pull the images off of it that you want to use. A lot of those also have a recording function, too. If you have a headset, most PCs have built in software that should allow you to record your voice if you just want to use it to narrate something.

i know how to upload the pictures i want and record what i want. i just dont know what tool to use to pull all the these together. what im trying to do for my project is talk and show the images i want at the same time

Try looking for some podcasting software, I think that is what you want.
