how do i simplify this? -6x+11<_-9x+2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[x \le3\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

add whatever is the same. you can subtract 2 from the right and subtract it from 11 making it -6x+9 <_ -9xand then do the same with -6 by adding it to both sides making it 9 <_ -3x and divide both by 3 making it 3<_x :)

-6x+9x<_2-11 3x<_-9 x<_-9/3 x<_-3
