If you are asking how much percentage of carbohydrate is made up by sugar..........It should be solved something like this: For 20g serving Sugar is 3.4g out of 12g carbohydrate So, you can calculate the % - (Sugar/Carbohydrate) X 100 If you calculate for 100g serving similarly, you will get a very close answer which can be used to verify your above answer
