What is the sample space for the number of aces in a hand of 13 playing cards?

OpenStudy (atlas):

Sample space is the the sum of all probable events that could have happened. Here are there are 13 playing cards given out of 52 playing cards. IF you find out how many ways can 52 playing cards be distributed to a player for each player to have 13 cards - you have your answer I guess

OpenStudy (anonymous):

don't you think it's a big sample space to make manually?

OpenStudy (atlas):

Oh you need not do it manually....use combinatorics. 52 cards can be grouped into 13 cards by 52C13 ways
