Which of the following is an example of a question you should ask yourself to find the main idea of a story? A.) What other books did this author write? B.) Why do I think this story is so boring? C.) How does the author want me to feel? D.) Who else has read this book and enjoyed it?

B. makes me laugh, but I don't like any of those answers. A. might be the answer, but you cannot necessarily find the main idea of a story, simply by looking at what else the author has written, especially if you have not read anything else by the author.
