350% when you want to convert it to a fraction you must always take the % sign and replace it with a decimal. Now you have 350. but you still have to move the decimal to the left 2 times. So you get 3.5, 3.5 as a fraction is 3 1/2. Hope that helps, if you still need more help I will gladly help you.
