Yes I can.
I am going to make it brief.
Remove the inequalities in the above inequalities and make it an equation.
Then plot the equation on the graph.
Now turn it back to an inequality after you've got 2 lines from 2 equations.
Then see if (0,0) fits in both the in-equation:
1) If it does, shade the whole part with (0,0) included.
2) If it does not, shade the whole part where (0,0) is not included.
Now decide which option is correct.
