Whey, that left after taking the cream away from milk, fifty years ago was used to slop the hogs. Today its used in many products for humans because it's high in protein content. Check ingredients of frozen products and protein bars. It's like having sweet corn on the cob, while the corn in corn flakes and other products is field corn which is fed to dairy and beef cattle.
