(x^2 - 1) / [ 4x - (3/64) ] = 0 is this right? or is it: x^2 - (1 / 4x) - (3/64) ] = 0 ? or something else?

Solve the following equation by completing the square: x^2- 1/4x - 3/64=64. The answer is (3/8, -1/8) I'm trying to figure out how to solve it.
