how can i make an ATM program (this include deposits, withdraw, change pin and balance inquiry) using C++?

Are you using a graphics library or just cin and cout? How much C++ do you know? In general, it is declare the variables, take input into them, processes what is needed. You will probably need to store the user information in some sort of data structure and probably on a file.
