I need help in getting the particular solution

(x^2D^2 + 2xD-6)y = 16xlnx
(x^2D^2 + 3xD +5)y = 10cos(lnx)
(x^3D^3 + 3x^2D^2+ xD - 1)y = 2/x + 3
