if a question is asking x: f′(x)=0 in plain english what is it asking? :)

OpenStudy (psymon):

It wants to know where the graph has a slope of 0 basically. When you set f'(x) = 0, youre often finding humps in the graph (because thats where the slope would be 0). So like this: |dw:1378632385385:dw| On my little example, there are 4 spots where the slope of the graph at that point would be 0. Those are the points that f'(x) = 0 would be helping you find.
