What would happen to the activity of intestinal enzymes if PH in the small intestine remains at 2?

The optimum pH for Small intestine enzymes is 7-8 So, if the pH of small intestine remains at 2 , Small intestine enzymes activity will decrease.
Yes this is because they will denature in there 3D shape.

Adding to above-> because the pH is too acidic than the optimal range (7-8) for enzymes in small intestine, the enzymes will become denatured (change shape) and can no longer do their job at assisting chemical reactions. Therefore eg. Breakdown of substances in small intestine would be significantly decreased
