the line x=4 is a line that runs straight up and down at 4, yes? so a perpendicular line would be a horizontal line going straight across that horizontal line would need to pass through (5,1) If you put a dot on your graph at that point - the horizontal line will just pop out the standard eq for a line is y = mx +b for this one a hint there is no slope
