_______ is a polysaccharide that is found in plant cells as a form of energy storage. it is ______ and as a result, it is not very soluble in water. word bank: starch cellulose high branched moderately branched sucrose structural support glycogen energy transport unbranched

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Luigi0210 can u please help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think its starch for the first blank

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It's from Glycogen sucrose cellulose starch Because these are Carbohydrates. Starch, cellulose and glycogen are Polysaccharides. But glycogen has no link with plant energy. So it's from Cellulose and Starch Do you know which one is it ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um it depends which one is insoluble in water

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Both starch and cellulose are insoluble. But Starch used as energy storage.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're right first one is ''Starch''. In another blank.. Do you know starch is Unbranched or branched?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um wait let me check

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think its branched

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yup! And cellulose is Unbranched.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

um alright then and i have acouple more questions could u please help me with those since u sound very aware of these ?

Sure, I can try!
