You could try this: \[\large \sin 2 z=\dfrac{2\tan z}{1+\tan^2 z}\] You get a quadratic in z. Solve for it. Or simply take sin inverse on both sides.
okay..sin 0.23=13.3 and the question wants angle if it rotates -180 and 180..
