450 students are graduating from Big Lake High School this year. 68 percent of these students plan to go to college next year. 14 percent plan to start working. The rest of the students don't know what they're going to do yet. How many students are not sure what they are going to do after graduating from high school?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, this is fairly simple to complete. Lets work this out like the last one. Disregard 450 right now. \[68 + 14 = ?\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Incorrect, 86. \[86 - 100?\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No 82! 82-100?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

18?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Correct, so now you will take 18 percent of 450. \[0.18 x 450 = ?\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

81

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Total= 450 students 68% =Going college next year 14%= Plan to work 18%= don't know what they're going to do yet percentage =100% 100%-68%-14%=18% then How many students are not sure what they are going to do after graduating from high school? 18/100 multiply 450 = 81

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[81\] There are 81 undecided students.
