verify the trig function by subbing identities to match the right hand side PLEASE HELP PLEASE -tan^2x+sec^2x=1

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

Come on brah, these are basic trig identities if I'm not mistaken?

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

\[\sec^2x-\tan^2x=1\]

OpenStudy (luigi0210):

You can also move that -tan to the front to get: \[-\tan^2x+\sec^2x=1\]
