I will have to go with d @thecollinjc1 because the flooding of the Nile (although beneficial in many ways) was not a factor in the security and stability of the Egyptian society. In fact even though it irrigated and tilled the soil it actually made things harder for the Egyptians because they had to rebuild the houses that were destroyed in the floods.
