Why we don't have "Administrator" and we have some "Moderator" ?

Preetha is one of the owners, Chris Sprague was another I believe

The programmers and developers and the hands on people at OS "office" spaces help to operate the site.

You would have to ask the developers that question :)  It may be to avoid confusion since they possess moderator capablilites as well.  It may not need be a critical title for the normal day to day interactions.

The Admins don't have the title Administrator on here. They look like our average Moderator.

That is just me - posing as an average Moderator!  But I am the CEO and would be happy to talk as an Admin.  We have a couple of other staff on the site - but no one uses the Admin tag!

No, its not that simple, you have to be very respectful and be here for a very long time. Once that is done an Admin will message you if you are interested in being a Moderator.
