The focus of this I think (from the little context I Have been given is to state the laws so you don't really have to go too much into it just give some basic laws and slap on a name :)

Maybe do some word play and make a funny little name that has something to do with computers (as in computer terms) such as The United Bits of Gigabyte (yes horrible name but you get the idea)
