I think that it is C becuase since you've received a check you just have to deposit it into your account. However, in the Memo section it should say the purpose of the check so that the bank can approve to put it in your account.

When you deposit a check to the bank, the teller asks you to sign the $\sf \color{red}{back}$ of the check.
