Please Help!! You are planning a summer cook out and decide to serve quarter pound hamburgers. If you buy 5 1/2 lbs. of meat how many burgers can you make???

So you can make 4 burgers out of 1 lb of meat.
You can make 2 burgers out of 1/2 lb of meat.
So if there is 5 lbs and you can make 4 each lb, you get 20 burgers.
If there is 1/2 lbs left and you can make 2 burgers each 1/2 lb, you get 2 burgers.
So 20 + 2 = 22 burgers
