it should result in none of the above. He didn't overdraft, the landlord isn't depositing it into an ATM, and there's no service fee for withdrawing money unless you're withdrawing from an ATM that your bank doesn't own, or it's from a 429/other savings type account that the bank has said you cannot withdraw from without incurring said fee ahead of time.
