OpenStudy (blondisaurus):

4^4x+6= 64^2x

OpenStudy (blondisaurus):

I forgot the procedure on how to solve it

OpenStudy (blondisaurus):

Also Please draw out how you did it rather than type it. Just helps more. thank you!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since \(64=4^3\) you can write the right hand side as \[64^{2x}=(4^3)^{2x}=4^{6x}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if \[4^{4x+6}=4^{6x}\] then you know \[4x+6=6x\] and you can solve for \(x\)
