embryos for plants are inside of the seeds, so any seeding plant; this question is odd in that all angiosperms are seeding plants, but not all seeding plants are angiosperms. Angiosperms are 'flowering' plants or, more specifically, plants that produce fruit. If you have a book, check the definition of 'seed plants' and 'embryos'.
