mods can suspend users for specific time in which they cannot access openstudy.

admins can 'ban' them , then they can never return to the site with the same IP

they can kick someone out of a group
they can deleted replies,chat comments and questions
and bunch of few more things...

they can delete and see deleted replies....

oh, and ofcourse, they can warn users before suspending....guess i haven't used that in a while :P
