The bread over bakery has a daily overhead of $90.It costs $60 to bake each loaf of bread, and the bread, and the bread sells for 1.50 per loaf.
really? thanks, for $1.50 I think I can buy a few loaves and then swing by the local market and get some butter
haha I need an equation
ohh... wait.... an equation. overhead, meaning a fixed or static cost, they have to pay that to remain open ..... soo..... the loaf of bread cost to make $60 and you sell it for $1.50? heehe kinda losing $48.50 aren't you?
recheck your material
I have to write an equation for C cost and and another erquation for R revenue
ohh, man, wrong post =)
my bad heheh
anyhow, the amount you're selling the loaf of bread is $1.50, so the amount you'll be making or that is people will be paying you is $1.50 for each, thus if you sell "x amount" of loaves, you'll be making in revenue 1.5x
as far as the cost part, well, we can see that the static cost of $90 is going to be added but the the loaf of bread cannot cost $60 to make 1 alone I mean, heck bread isn't that expensive
thanks that should help.I was asking for the homework ..lol yeah bread isnt that expensive but they all use big numbers.
I'd think $60 stands for a certain of loaves, not 1 unless you meant 60cents or $0.60
certain amount of loaves that is
that makes sense..well thx gotta go
