The wavelength of a red light is 6.5x10^-7 m. How many wavelengths will fit along a line 1.0 cm long?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Help anyone?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(10^-2)/(6.5*10^-7)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@oksuz_ why do we divide 6.5 etc by 10^-2? Where does that come from?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1cm=10^-2 meters

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh got it! Thank you so much! @oksuz_
