HELP!!!!!!! Write a polynomial function of minimum degree with real coefficients whose zeros include those listed. Write the polynomial in standard form. 4, -8, and 2 + 3i

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k this is not as bad as it looks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first you know if \(2+3i\) is a zero then so is its conjugate \(2-3i\) so you actually have 4 zeros

OpenStudy (anonymous):

second you know in factored form it looks like \[(x-4)(x+8)(x-(2+3i))(x-(2-3i))\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

third \((x-4)(x+8)\) is elementary algebra, the real hard part is \[(x-(2+3i))(x-(2-3i))\] but i can show you a snap way to compute that, actually two ways if you like

OpenStudy (anonymous):

unless you already know how

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thank you @satellite73

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you know how or would you like me to show you?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i got it now ..thank u
