Well it doesn't really repeat, it simply continues with ascending decimals (1,2  11,22  111,222   1111,2222) it's not really repeating.

Repeating would be more like 0.111111111111111111

But, there is no finite repeating block of the same numbers.

0.121212121212.... has a pattern AND a finite repeating block of the same numbers; in this case, "12"
