Which is the best-recommended type of stretching to begin a workout? Ballistic Isostatic Static All of the above

I don't like any of the answers because if there was a choice, it'd be dynamic. But it's not on there. The next best answer is static stretching, because this was once the normal type of stretching that coaches thought were helpful for athletes before an exercise.
