That's a problem at your end. Probably a slow connection or a corrupted session.
Try opening a new tab in your browser and go to openstudy. It occurs sometimes that the page in a particular tab gets corrupted so it won't load messages and can't send them anymore. It should work when you try it in a different tab. If that doesn't work. try restarting your browser or try it in another browser.
